Are your exterior Doorlite Kits hurricane-rated?
No. Please make a custom order over the phone in order to specify impact-resistant glass options.

Do you have vinyl or metal trim for the Doorlites?
At this time, our Doorlites come with wood trim only.

Where are your products made?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Austin, Texas. Materials are ordered from vendors that we have selected based on variety of factors including location, lead time and quality. We try to use materials that were produced here in the United States unless otherwise specified, and we are proud to provide jobs locally and otherwise support our local economy whenever possible.

Do you warranty your products?
Yes, our products include a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturer's defects, not wear and tear. Please see our Terms of Sale for details. Remember: The lifetime of your door really depends on how well you maintain it. You wouldn't drive your car for 200,000 miles without a tune-up, and your home is the same way. An exterior entry door generally endures daily usage in addition to unpredictable fluctuations in temperature and humidity both indoors and out. Proper installation, professional finishing, and frequent checks for wear and tear are necessary to keep your door beautiful, functional and out of the landfill.

 

Do you sell hardware or know where I can get the retro escutcheons shown in some of your photos?
