Our Crestview
Our design studio is located on the southeast corner of the Brentwood and Crestview neighborhoods in Austin, Texas in the Landmark 900 complex. The door designs, most named after the neighborhood streets where they were first spotted, are a reflection of our respect for the unique and friendly neighborhood we live in.

The Crestview neighborhood is located between North Lamar Boulevard and Burnet Road, just south of Anderson Lane and north of Justin Lane. Construction on the neighborhood began in 1948, just after World War II, and was dedicated to being a family-oriented community with an elementary school, independent grocer, pharmacy, and barber shop all located at the center of the small community.

The neighborhood has seen many of the original owners pass on or move on, but many of the newer residents have worked diligently to maintain the closeness that has always existed between neighbors. An annual celebration of the community, the Violet Crown Festival, helped to fund the Wall of Welcome, a mosaic tile art project that chronicles the history of the area in addition to featuring tiles created by current residents and organizations.

Construction on Crestview Station is currently underway at the southeast corner of the neighborhood where a commuter rail line will offer downtown service to more than 1,300 new apartments, condos and single family homes built on the old chemical plant lot.
