What are Fancy Panels?
Fancy Panels are versatile plywood or MDF panels that have been milled to feature a decorative, vintage-inspired pattern. Fancy Panels can be milled into almost any shape or size for any application. Customers have used our Fancy Panels as wainscoting, exterior shutters, door panels, ceiling tiles -- the possibilities are as limitless as your imagination, so get creative! For ready-to-mount framed panels, please see our Redi-Screens.
How much do Fancy Panels cost?
The price of your order will vary depending on the size and materials you choose. Estimates start at $12 per square foot.
What sizes/dimensions do you offer?
Fancy Panels come 1/4" thick and up to 4 feet wide by 8 feet tall.
What materials do you offer?
Fancy Panels can be built for either painted or stained applications. For paint-grade panels, we use formaldehyde-free MDF. For stain-grade applications, we use unfinished, stain-grade Maple plywood. Exterior materials are also available for quote upon request.
Are the Fancy Panels see-through?
Fancy Panels can be ordered with a translucent resin backing that transmits light yet offers full privacy, or you can order them "semi-milled," meaning that the pattern is embossed only halfway through the panel (ideal for wainscoting or when full privacy is needed).
