Post-war Cottage, Early Ranch
The Grover is our signature door. It's the most common, iconic residential door of the mid-century. The earliest we have seen is the 1930s, but the heyday of this design was the post-war housing boom of the 1950’s.
The "Grover" (C) is the one Goldilocks would pick. The windows are not too tall, not too wide, too big or too small. It is the classic "Grover"
The "Grover" (C) Kit comes with three 5"x10" windows, wood trim, sealant, and screws. Detailed instructions show you how to build the "Grover" (C).
